PROBLEM
A child of Scalapay (Europe’s Klarna), something special was needed to zhuzh up the checkout process. Everyone was browsing but not completing their buying experience. We needed to make people click that checkout button.


SOLUTION
That was the answer, the button. We had to draw attention to the button, hence we made it unmissable. The magic gradient was introduced and became the gateway to the world of magic. It’s bright, energetic, wonderful and a bit hard to miss.

Paired up with bespoke illustrations that bring an element of joy and surprise, a checkout world was created that would excite, delight and reward.

The gradient is used sparsely but smartly. Just a tad goes a long way.












The tone of voice is perplexingly positive, a bit cheeky but kinda weird and really random. 











And the Magic world just gets bigger and better with custom illustrations that are wacky but simply wonderful. 














It was so nice working on a project that adds fun back into the world and has a positive social impact! Who would’ve thought.
